Parts and Warranty Information

If there is a problem, we have simple ways to get the issue rectified quickly.
Standard Warranty:
This warranty provides the original customer with a 90 – Days Part Only guarantee, including a one-time replacement part.
Extended Warranties Available for Purchase:
Platinum PLUS LABOR Warranty:
Enjoy a Lifetime Part PLUS Full Labor guarantee. This plan includes a one-time replacement part and complimentary labor installation.Gold PLUS LABOR Warranty:
Benefit from a 1 ½ Year Part PLUS Full Labor guarantee, which also covers one-time replacement part and labor installation at no cost.Gold Warranty:
Get a 1 ½ Year Part Only guarantee that includes one-time part-only replacement at no charge.Silver PLUS LABOR Warranty:
A 6 Month Part PLUS Full Labor guarantee, featuring one-time replacement part and labor installation at no additional cost.
Labor Claims:
Labor will be reimbursed based on shop rates and Data R&R Guidelines. Please note that diagnostic labor is not included.
For warranty validation, please refer to your invoice and installation procedure tag. Be sure to keep your receipt for the warranty period.

Important Notes:
- Extended warranties cover a one-time part and labor replacement. If a part fails and you want an extended warranty for the replacement, a new warranty must be purchased.
- Manufacturers require that electronic parts be connected to appropriate equipment for proper integration with the vehicle’s computer.
- Engines are guaranteed against knocking, excessive smoking, or oil consumption. New seals, gaskets, and oil filters must be installed on mechanical parts prior to installation. In some cases, the intake manifold may need to be transferred from the original engine. Engine timing belts and chains are not included in any warranty.
- External accessories, components, electrical parts (e.g., distributors, exhaust manifolds, sensors, computers), and fluids are excluded from all warranty plans. Warranties apply solely to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
Warranties do not cover racing or non-OEM applications.
Return Policy:
Any returned part/item must be within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by the original invoice and marked as required. A 25% handling fee applies to all returns. Deposits are non-refundable after 30 days. A $35.00 fee is charged for any returned checks, and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping or freight for incorrect or unnecessary orders. Cut panels are special orders and incur a $155.00 handling fee for returns. Computers are only returnable on an exchange basis.
Core deposits are non-refundable if there are visual cracks, damage, incompleteness, or disassembly. All components must rotate freely, and all fluids must be drained before shipping, per federal law. A $50.00 charge applies for failure to drain fluids.
Warranty Void:
The warranty is VOID and/or NO CREDIT will be issued for any part that is disassembled.
